Melissa McGregor is the Managing Director for Pfizer Australia. She also leads the Internal Medicine Group in Developed Asia. Melissa has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years, with extensive leadership, strategic and operational expertise spanning a wide range of therapeutic areas in the primary, specialty and hospital care sectors. She is a passionate advocate for the principles of quality use of medicine, and is dedicated to ensuring clinicians and patients have timely and affordable access to medicines.

Prior to becoming the Pfizer Australia Managing Director Melissa was Managing Director for Pfizer New Zealand. During her time in New Zealand Melissa was a board member of Medicines New Zealand and the American Chamber of Commerce. Melissa is a dynamic professional with a passion for people and healthcare, committed to driving peak performance through values based leadership. Melissa’s commitment and dedication to healthcare and the important role medicines can play is profoundly impacted by her unique personal experiences.
