Melissa L. Davidson MD

Dr. Melissa Davidson, anesthesiologist, joined The University of Vermont Medical Center in 2013. Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), Dr. Davidson has a special interest in pediatric anesthesia and anesthesiology education. She serves as associate editor at MedEdPORTAL, co-director of the SEA Annual Workshop on Teaching and junior editor for the ABA In-Training/Board Certification Examination.
Dr. Davidson has received nationwide recognition for her work including the MedEdPORTAL Outstanding Reviewer Award, the New Jersey Medical School Golden Apple Teaching Award and the Judge's Award for the Marvin R. Dunn Poster Session at the Annual Meeting for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Dr. Davidson is also an associate professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM in Burlington, VT.
