Melissa Anne Adams PA-C

Melissa Adams is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in surgery in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology. She has been practicing as a surgical Physician Assistant at Moffitt for 13 years. She completed her physician assistant training at Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, PA, and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the State of Florida Board of Medicine. Ms. Adams has a special interest in diseases of the pancreas and runs a pancreas cyst surveillance clinic. She frequently acts as a clinical preceptor to students from many different physician assistant programs.
