Mehmet Serif Arslan is a Pediatric Surgeon at Special Genesis Hospital, Kayapinar, Diyarbakir, Turkey. he started his medical education at Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 1994 and successfully completed it in 2000 and received the title of Doctor of Medicine. He completed his specialization at the same faculty between 2003 and 2009 and became a Pediatric Surgery specialist.
