Dr. Megan A. Waldrop, MD, is a pediatric neurologist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and an assistant professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her Pediatrics and Child Neurology training at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County/University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. She completed a Neuromuscular Medicine fellowship at Ohio State University/Nationwide Children’s Hospital and a Neuromuscular Genetics Therapeutics fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She is board-certified in Neuromuscular Medicine and Neurology with special qualifications in Child Neurology. Her clinical and research interests include muscular dystrophy, congenital myopathy, and spinal muscular atrophy, with a particular interest in diagnosing rare neuromuscular diseases.
