Meagan Marie Costedio MD, FASCRS, FACS

Dr Meagan Costedio, M.D, F.A.S.C.R.S, F.A.C.S is a Staff Member in the Department for Colorectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Dr. Costedio was appointed Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Department of Medicine in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Her speciality interests include minimally invasive colon surgery including single port, robotics, transanal TME and TEM. She specializes in colon and rectal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and transitional care of pediatric patients.

She earned her medical degree from University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington Vermont and stayed to complete internship and general surgery residency at Fletcher Allen Healthcare - University of Vermont. She also completed a colon and rectal surgery residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She is certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Colorectal Surgery and is a fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, and American College of Surgeons.
