Maya Ivanjesku, the brand’s creative visionary and Chief Scientific Officer, has over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical and biotech industries and has held key senior leadership and product development positions at many of the leading companies in the skincare industry, including: Estée Lauder, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, and Origins.

Maya holds a Master of Science degree and dedicated over twenty years of her career to the pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical and biotech industries. Prior to creating LaFlore®, Maya held key senior leadership and product development positions at many leading companies in the skincare industry, including Estée Lauder, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, and Origins.
