Maya Bass MD, MA, FAAFP

Dr. Maya Bass is a Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. She recieved medical degree from the Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Her interests are resident and medical student education, reproductive health, chronic pain, substance use disorder, gender affirming care, wellness, advocacy and community medicine.

Her awards and honors are Golden Apple Award for excellence in teaching and outstanding service, Drexel University College of Medicine - 2020, Excellence in Teaching Award, Drexel/Tower Family Medicine Residency program - 2020, Fellow of Physicians for Reproductive Health - 2019, Gold Humanism Honor Society - 2012.
