Maureen Frye, CPPS, CPHQ, is Senior Director of the Center for Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality at Abington Jefferson Health. Under her leadership, the Philadelphia-area organization has reduced preventable harm by 95% since 2007 by systematically embedding behavioral expectations for leaders, physicians, and staff to create a culture of patient safety as a core value.
