Maureen Fatsani Tshabalala RNM, BBA, MPH

Maureen Fatsani Tshabalala, RNM, BBA, MPH, is a Director for Regional Projects in Southern Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is also a Senior Improvement Advisor on multiple projects. She joined IHI in 2012 and provides strategic guidance, assists with program design, and offers technical assistance to organizations on their quality improvement initiatives.
She supports multiple projects in the Southern African region: Improving Preterm Outcomes in Malawi with MaiKhanda Partnership; eMTCT and TB collaboration with Aurum Institute; eMTCT with South to South; HIV and TB with CAPRISA in South Africa; and Partnership for HIV-Free Survival in South Africa, Lesotho, and Mozambique. She also assists with improvement initiatives in Nigeria and Ethiopia.
