Matthew Ross Bentz MD

Dr. Matthew Bentz is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist who comes to us from Northern California. After completing his undergraduate studies at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, Dr. Bentz pursued his medical training at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland. He completed fellowship training in cardiothoracic imaging and then taught at OHSU for the next year and a half.

He received his board certification from the American Board of Radiology in 2015. He relocated to Bend in 2017, joining CORA with the focus of improving heart and lung imaging in Central Oregon. Dr. Bentz also brings experience in women’s imaging, nuclear medicine, and minor procedures. When not at work caring for CORA patients, Dr. Matthew Bentz can usually be found hiking, trail running, fishing, or otherwise enjoying Bend’s great outdoors.
