Matthew Kaufman PhD

Matthew T. Kaufman is an assistant professor at the University of Chicago, in the Department of Organismal Biology and Anatomy and the Neuroscience Institute. He joined the faculty at UChicago in 2018. He performed his Ph.D. work in Krishna Shenoy's lab at Stanford, in close collaboration with Mark Churchland (now at Columbia), and did a postdoc in Anne Churchland's lab at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
