Matt Brinza is a highly motivated, professionally accomplished leader with a successful record in design-build and real estate development. Matt’s experiences have shaped a strong work ethic that can best be characterized by leadership, innovation, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to pay attention to details in a fast-paced work environment. As a collaborative leader, Matt is focused on team cohesion, dynamics and interpersonal relations. He is quick to connect with others and leverages relationships to positively impact an organization’s culture.

Matt has extensive experience leading business development and strategic growth opportunities through portfolio diversification and improved internal alignment. He has built and led a high-performing team consisting of over 45 architects and designers. This group is responsible for developing over $250 million annually of distinctive large format sports, professional fitness, family recreation and spa destinations in the U.S. and Canada.
