Masahisa Yamane MD, FACC

Masahisa Yamane MD, FACC, who is currently the Director of the Cardiovascular Division at Sekishinkai Saitama Hospital, Saitama, Japan and the attending physician of St Luke’s International Hospital, Tokyo, Japan, is widely known as a leading specialist in CTO-PCI. He serves not only as a visiting professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at OLV Cardiovascular Center, Belgium, and of Belgrade School of Medicine, Serbia, but also as an international faculty member of numerous meetings such as TCT, PCR, EuroCTO club, CTO summit in New York and Turin, TOBI in Italy, NIFC, LCTO in Poland, and BASICS in Serbia, performing a number of Live cases for complex CTOs. He is a supervisory board member of the CTO club and CCT in Japan. After being trained in Japan ( Shiga University, School of Medicine) and the US( Brigham and Women’s Hospital and New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston), he has obtained an Internal Medicine board, Cardiovascular Board, and Interventional Cardiology Board.
