Dr. Williard graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1994 and completed a 2 year General Practice Residency at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1996.
She is now the Director of the Dental Health Aide Therapist Educational Program Department of Oral Health Promotion for the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium in Anchorage, Alaska. She has worked in American Indian/ Alaska Native dental programs since 1996, including having experience supervising DHAT working in remote villages.
