Mary L. Gemignani MD, MPH, FACS

Dr. Mary L. Gemignani is a surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. She joined Memorial Sloan Kettering in 1996 and completed fellowships in both breast surgery and gynecologic oncology. She has been practicing at MSK ever since. Her dual training, research interests, and experience make me uniquely suited to provide expert care for women with hereditary breast cancer. This includes doing risk-reducing double mastectomies for women with BRCA mutations or other familial risks.
