Mary K. Hughes RDH, BS

Mary Hughes began her career as a clinical Dental Hygienist after graduating from the State University of New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science.

While in practice, she was empowered by her dentist to drive implementation of the office’s Soft-Tissue Management protocols. She quickly became an expert in staff training and effective patient communication coaching methods.
