Dr. Mary Gutierrez is Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Chapman University School of Pharmacy. She has taught at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy for 19 years, and at Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy for 4 years, prior to joining Chapman University School of Pharmacy in November 2014.
Dr. Gutierrez received her bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, Malibu in California and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California. She completed her residency and fellowship training in psychiatric pharmacy practice at USC. After her fellowship training, she joined the faculty at the USC School of Pharmacy. She has received several Professor of the Year awards and Preceptor of the Year awards from both USC and Loma Linda University Schools of Pharmacy.
