Marvin A. Wayne MD, FACEP, FAAEM, FAHA

Marvin Wayne, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, FAHA, is the medical program director for Whatcom County EMS systems. He's also an attending physician in the ED at St. Joseph Medical Center, an associate clinical professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington, and is a member of numerous local, state, national and international organizations on emergency medicine and EMS. He serves as a member of numerous local, state, national and international organizations on emergency medicine and emergency medical services. Has helped establish the specialty of emergency medicine throughout the world in 2010, he was awarded the American College of Emergency Physicians Award for “Outstanding Contribution to EMS.” Recently was made a fellow of the American Heart Association and received a lifetime achievement award “The Nancy Auer” award from the Washington Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
