Martina Canestraro PhD

Dr Martina Canestraro gained her PhD at the School of Immunity and Infection at the University of Birmingham, UK, where she worked in the field of epigenetics in the context of leukemia. She studied for several years the mechanism of action of drugs used in the treatment of haematological diseases. She is now a Senior Scientist at Immunocore Ltd, where she is involved in the preclinical screening of ImmTACTM molecules and in developing new strategies/models with the purpose of improving and strengthening the current preclinical package.
