Martin Witzenrath MD

Prof. Witzenrath has been a professor of pneumology (lung medicine) at the Charité since 2012 and has been deputy director of the medical clinic with a focus on infectiology and pneumology since 2017. His clinical focus is on pulmonary medicine and infectiology as well as ventilation and intensive care medicine. Scientific interests include pneumonia, pulmonary vascular disease, acute lung failure, and respiratory medicine.
