Martin Schmidt PhD

Dr. Martin Schmidt teaches topics in biochemistry, molecular biology, and genetics to students in the DO, DPM, Ph.D., DPT, PA, MSA, and MBS programs. He also coordinates DO students’ interprofessional education and professional certifications. Currently, he serves as the director or co-director of seven courses and electives. He provides service to the College and University through my work on various committees and in his role as Curriculum Fellow for the College of Osteopathic Medicine. He provides service to the profession as a Member of the NBOME National Faculty, the AACPM Council of Faculties, and through his roles as a Fellow of the National Academy of Osteopathic Medical Educators and a Fellow of the International Association of Medical Science Educators.
