Martin Dinges DPhil

Professor Martin Dinges has been a researcher and archivist at the Institute for the History of Medicine of the Robert Bosch Foundation in Stuttgart since 1991, deputy director since 1997and also Adjunct Professor at the University of Mannheim since 2000. He studied jurisprudence, history, and political science in Cologne, Mainz, Bonn, Free University of Berlin, and Bordeaux. He got a degree in education for grammar schools in1982, achieved his doctorate (Dr. Phil.) in 1986, and passed the second state examination for archivists in 1991. In 1992 he passed his Habilitation – advanced research degree – in Modern History at the University of Mannheim.
