Martha Parks LCSW

Martha Parks, LCSW works at UK Family and Community Medicine at Turfland Clinic. She provides psychotherapy and case management for the patients as part of the interprofessional team of providers. Ms. Parks is the site supervisor for the IBH (Integrated Behavioral Health) program at UKFM in conjunction with the College of Social Work. Each year 4 master's level students complete a 2-semester practicum at the Turfland Clinic. She has worked for 13 years as a clinical social worker and became part of the UK Family in 2016.
