Martha Giangiulio is the Staff/Bed Control Manager, Manager of the Float Pool & Nursing Supervisors at Akron Children's Hospital in Akron, Ohio. She manages the throughput for admissions to all sites at Akron Children's Hospital to ensure efficient patient placement. She manages daily staffing and partners with 25 managers and directors for issues.
