Marsha Marcus PhD

Marsha D. Marcus, Ph.D. is Professor of Psychiatry and Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Chief of the Eating Disorders Program at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Her research focuses on the assessment and treatment of pediatric and adult obesity and eating disorders, and she has been the Principal Investigator of numerous research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Marcus is the author of more than 175 publications and is a past president of the Academy for Eating Disorders and the Eating Disorders Research Society.
