Markus W. Ollert MD

Dr. med. Markus W. Ollert is the Director of the Department of Infection and Immunity, Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH), since September 2014, where he is leading basic and translational research with a focus on immune-related disorders including viral infection, autoimmunity, asthma, allergic rhinitis, anaphylaxis, and neurodegeneration. He also held a position as a full professor in Clinical Allergology at Odense University Hospital of the University of Southern Denmark since 2015. He is the scientific co-founder and CEO of Tolerogenics SàrL, Esch-Sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.
