Mark S. Borer MD

Dr. Borer provides consultative services at LRHC, and is working on the design, implementation and evaluation of overall child psychiatric services. Borer received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Borer is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and board certified in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Borer is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association and the Alliance for the Mentally Ill in Delaware.
