Dr. Garcia is the chief of Vascular & Interventional Radiology, medical director of the Peripheral Labs at the Center for Heart and Vascular Health and medical director of the Center for Comprehensive Venous Health at Christiana Care. He was the founder and past director of Christiana Care's Vascular & Interventional Radiology Fellowship Program.
