Mark Davis, MD, MS is the Vice President of Business Development and Medical Affairs for Brigham Health International as well as the Executive Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives for Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Leading and growing cross-functional teams, negotiating and securing new relationships, he provides strategic and operational oversight of programs that align with the mission of Brigham Health, generate significant revenue, and benefit patients and partner institutions. He is also an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Davis is a frequent invited guest speaker and presenter on successful models for healthcare planning, operations, technologies, and healthcare collaboration including telemedicine. He began his work in telehealth as a visiting scientist at NASA investigating ways to care for astronauts on the International Space Station. Dr. Davis is the author of manuscripts addressing leadership opportunities for healthcare development, with recent particular focus on opportunities in China. He is also a speaker and consultant for technology companies, serves as a medical legal expert, and is an advisor in Native American Health matters as well as co-founder of the Peace Through Health Institute.
