Marius Bredell BChD, MBChB, MChD is a medical employee at the practice for orthodontic surgery and volume tomography (gesicht.ch). Since Marius Bredell moved to the University Hospital in Zurich in 2006, he has promoted the complete functional and aesthetic reconstructive treatment of head and neck cancer patients. Furthermore, Marius Bredell introduced the total prosthetic jaw joint replacement procedure and successfully performed several complex operations using this procedure. Marius Bredell also frequently treats international patients with complex problems in the facial area. Since 2007, Marius Bredell has organized and led the internationally sought-after " Surgical Facial Access and Free Flap " course in Zurich. He also acts as an international examiner and is a regular speaker at national and international seminars and symposia.Marius Bredell ist unter anderem Mitglied des «Fellow of the European Board of Oral and Maxillofacial and Surgery» und «Fellow of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons».Since 2012, Marius Bredell has been co-director of a large interdisciplinary research project on the topic: "Role of hypoxia in connection with head and neck oncology".
