Marissa Cabay, PhD, is a scientific project management professional with expertise in analytical chemistry, cross-functional team leadership, and research program execution within the pharmaceutical and biomedical sectors. She currently serves as Project Manager at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, where she supports collaborative scientific initiatives and drives the successful coordination of complex research projects. Before this role, Marissa spent more than seven years at PPD, advancing to Senior Project Manager.

In this capacity, she led multidisciplinary technical and scientific teams, ensuring the successful delivery of contracted research commitments, operational excellence, and timeline management in a remote, global environment. Marissa earned her PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bradley University.
