Marisa Rodriguez PA-C

Marisa Rodriguez, PA-C is the Physician Assistant Fellowship Director of the NP/PA Pediatric Urgent Care Fellowship at PM Pediatrics. In this role, Ms. Rodriguez oversees the PA fellows, acts as a mentor, and teaches lectures and procedure workshops. In addition, she is a leader in our Syosset location where she assists the medical director by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring patient satisfaction and acting as a leader during shifts. Ms. Rodriguez received her PA degree at Weill Cornell Medical College where her program had a surgical focus. She has very strong procedural skills and knowledge base, and worked in an emergency room for 4 years prior to joining PM Pediatrics in 2007. In addition to running suture workshops and giving procedure lectures and workshops to her colleagues, Marisa is a certified BLS and PALS instructor.
