Marienus Trouw

Dr Trouw studied Medicine at the University of Pretoria and qualified as a gynecologist in 1994. He decided to remain at the university for a further two years, where he worked in the infertility clinic. Dr Trouw completed infertility & endoscopic training in Leuven, Belgium as well as in Copenhagen, Demark. His passion for reproductive medicine ignited early on in his training. Dr Trouw has never stopped learning about the fertility field and becomes truly excited about new developments and research in the fertility field.
He is associated with the university and is the academic head of the reproductive unit at Steve Biko Academic Hospital, actively involved in training reproductive medicine specialists. Dr Trouw is regularly requested to act as speaker at congresses and other academic gatherings nationally and internationally.
