Maricela Schnur MD, MBA

Dr. Maricela C. Schnur, MD, MBA, is the Systemwide Chief of Pain Medicine for Guthrie. Dr. Schnur received her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. She then completed her Anesthesia residency at Harvard, followed by her Chronic Pain Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She received her MBA from S.C Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell in Ithaca, New York.

Dr. Schnur has consulted for multiple medical device companies, including SPR, Medtronic, and Abbott, and teaches at numerous cadaver labs around the country, teaching residents as well as practicing physicians. She has given national presentations and is currently on the Board of the Society of Women Innovators in Pain Management and is involved in several committees with the North American Neuromodulation Society.
