Dr. MariBeth Kuntz's clinical interests include preventative care, women’s health, and chronic disease management in adults. She practices full-scope family medicine to include newborn care. She is also a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) and helps patients develop individual therapy plans to quit smoking and treat nicotine addictions. She provides primary care through education of healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and patient empowerment. Her primary focus is on patient education by counseling and guiding lifestyle changes for self-care to promote wellness and achieve optimal health. She joined Duke Family Medicine in 2016 after completing military service with the air force. Outside of work, her passions include CrossFit and traveling.
