Marianne Parshley, MD, is a strong advocate of medical care that concentrates on the whole patient. "I work to provide comprehensive medical care to the whole patient, recognizing that health is affected by all parts of an individual's life," she says. "Preventive services are an important component of comprehensive care," she adds. Her medical degree was attained at Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire. She completed a three-year internal medicine residency at Providence Portland Medical Center, and spent an additional year there as chief medical resident.
