Maria Shiau MD, MA

Maria C. Shiau, M.D. is currently an associate professor of radiology and director of medical students in radiology at the NYU School of Medicine. After obtaining her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in 1993, she completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at New York and Presbyterian Hospital in 1998. This was followed by a fellowship in Thoracic Imaging at the Stanford Medical Center in California. Dr. Shiau joined the staff of NYU Medical Center in July 2005 after working at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital for 4 years and Beth Israel Medical Center for 2 years.
