Maria Rosaria Raspollini MD, PhD

Maria Rosaria Raspollini graduated from the University of Florence, School of Medicine, Florence, Italy in 1994 summa cum laude, then trained in Pathology at the Institute of Pathology of the same University in 1998, and obtained the PhD degree in Human Oncological Pathology, at the University of Verona Medical School, Verona, Italy in 2005.

Since 2004, she is consultant pathologist at the Department of Histopathology and Molecular Diagnostics at the University Hospital Careggi of Florence, Italy. She is professor and tutor in Uropathology at the post-graduate School of Urology, University of Florence, Medical School. She served as teacher and tutor on Cytopathology and Gynaecological and Obstetrical Pathology at the post-graduate School of Anatomic Pathology, University of Florence Medical School and Gynaecological and Obstetrical Pathology, Diploma of Midwifery, University of Florence Medical School.

From 2017 she is Counsil Member of European Society of Pathology (ESP). From 2017 she is Board Member of the EAU (European Association of Urology), Section of Uropathology (ESUP). From 2016 she is the official delegate of European Society of Pathology to the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO). From 2014 she is a faculty member of the European Society Medical Oncology (ESMO) for the section Gynaecopathology.
