Maria Pia Villa MD

Dr. Pia Villa is a Professor of Pediatrics. From March 2005 to the present Maria holds the post of Professor of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology, University of Rome “Sapienza” at the Hospital Santi Andrea. Since March 2005 Maria holds the position of Professor of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology at the University of Rome “Sapienza” at the Hospital Santi Andrea.

She enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Bologna in the academic year 1968-69 where she graduated in Medicine in 1975. In November 1975 she enrolled in the school of specialties in Pediatrics at The University of Bologna, where she graduated in 1978. In 1983 she was admitted to the school of specialties in Physiology and respiratory diseases at the University of Bologna where she graduated in June 1988. From 1991 she was appointed researcher.
