Maria E. Reese MD

Dr. Maria Reese enjoys caring for patients with various musculoskeletal and sports related injuries and pains. She is able to provide ultrasound as well as fluoroscopically guided procedures in order to provide multiple treatment options to her patients. She has particular interests in female athletes, women's health, adaptive sports, and performing arts medicine. She has been the Medical Director of the Performing Arts Medicine Program since 2014 and the Medical Director for the Joffrey Ballet since 2016. In these roles, she cares for performers from the Joffrey Ballet, Blue Man Group, Lookingglass Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, among others. She strives to help patients continue with their professional, artistic, and athletic endeavors throughout their treatment and thereafter.
