Dr. Dolce is Associate Professor at Northeastern University School of Nursing and leads interprofessional research, education, and practice initiatives at Bouvé College of Health Sciences. Dr. Dolce is recognized for her leadership in interprofessional health education and collaborative practice, and commitment to healthcare quality and safety. Dr. Dolce is the Executive Director of Innovations in Interprofessional Oral Health Care, a three-year project funded by the DentaQuest Foundation, aimed at integrating oral health into interprofessional health education and team-based, collaborative practice approaches in primary care settings. Prior to joining Northeastern University, Dr. Dolce was the former Program Director for New York University College of Nursing’s national initiative on oral health nursing education and practice, where she also served as Coordinator for nursing education graduate programs.

Dr. Dolce earned her BS, MA, and PhD degrees from New York University. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and holds certifications in nursing administration and education. Her clinical appointments include NYU-Langone Medical Center, New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center, and North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System in New York. Dr. Dolce holds an appointment as Faculty Nurse Scientist at The Yvonne L. Munn Center for Nursing Research, The Massachusetts General Hospital.
