Maria C. Matar MD

​Maria C. Matar, MD is a Clinical Associate at the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and is specialized in Endocrinology. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Matar was an Endocrinology Fellow at the American University of Beirut Medical Center.

Dr. Matar is now practicing as an Endocrinologist at CCAD. She has a special interest in osteoporosis and women’s health including menopause, PCOS, hirsutism and she is actively involved in Medical Research related to these topics.

Dr. Matar received her medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon. She completed her residency and fellowship at the American University of Beirut Medical Center.
