Marguerite M. Mclaughlin

Dr. Marguerite M. McLaughlin is Senior Program Administrator, charged with developing many of the educational resources, tools and products distributed by Healthcentric Advisors. Ms. McLaughlin is an enthusiastic educator and trainer working both locally and nationally to support change in healthcare. She has 24 years of experience specializing in individualized care/culture change, and dementia care. She has served as the Lead Coordinator for the oversight of the national CMS Pilot Study “Improving Nursing Home Culture”. Through this national initiative she and her design team developed the HATCh model (Holistic Approach to Transformational Change). She is the Project Manager to the Industry Partnership Initiative working with both the RI Department of Education and the RI Department of Labor and Training in bridging the skills gaps within the healthcare industry. She earned a Masters degree in Holistic Counseling and applies this knowledge to individualized care and organizational culture.
