Margaret Zaitoun PhD, MS

Margaret Zaitoun is a PhD student in Nutrition and Food Hygiene at Nanjing Medical University (China) under the supervision of Prof. Qing Feng. She joined the research group with Prof. He Qian and Yahui Guo in the Food Science and Technology Department at Jiangnan University (China), where she obtained her master’s degree in 2019. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences/Nutrition from Al Baath University (Syria) in 2010 and was hired as a teaching assistant. She attended several forums in Nanjing, China, and she has published various articles.
