Margaret (peggy) Machon PhD

Margaret (Peggy) Machon is responsible for administration of the MVCC Career Programs subdivision, including Health Sciences, Mechanical Technologies, Nursing, Public Services and Health Fitness programs; also responsible for the ongoing partnerships which provided curriculum and instruction for the Cook County Sheriff’s Corrections Academy and the Advocate Christ Medical Center EMS / Paramedic programs at Moraine Valley Community College. She is the recipient of the State of Illinois Outstanding Educator Award 2001 and the co-recipient or award and commendation from the State of Illinois, CETA-Manpower and Triton College for the development of a specific pilot curriculum for educationally disadvantaged L.P.N. students.
