Margaret Mann, M.D., joined Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in 2012. Dr. Mann‘s training began at Washington University School of Medicine where she was accepted into the Dermatology Residency followed by a Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Dermatologic and Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship. Prior to joining University Hospitals, Dr. Mann served as the Chief of Clinical Services in the Department of Dermatology at the University California, Irvine. She was also the Co-Director of Dermatologic Surgery and the Mohs Surgery Fellowship Program at UC Irvine. Dr. Mann has been the primary author on several peer review journal articles and book chapters. She is also the principal author of several dermatology textbooks for medical students, residents, and clinicians

Dr. Mann is the Director, Aesthetic Dermatology and Associate Director, Dermatologic Surgery at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. She is part of the multidisciplinary melanoma team which meets regularly to discuss therapy for all of our melanoma and other high risk skin cancer patients. Dr. Mann specializes in all aspects of dermatologic surgery, ranging from removal of skin cancer by conventional surgical methods to the highly specialized procedure of Mohs micrographic surgery. Mohs micrographic surgery provides the greatest chance for a cure for even the most complicated skin cancers. She is an expert in advanced surgical reconstruction following the removal of skin cancer. Dr. Mann also specializes in minimally invasive, non-surgical cosmetic treatments, offering the most recent advances such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Botox/Dysport, Fillers, and other cosmetic enhancements.
