Margaret Lemaster BSDH, MS

Ms. Lemaster is assistant professor, didactic and clinic coordinator for first year dental hygiene students in the School of Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. To address the lack of preventive oral care for the institutionalized elderly, she recently established a preventive oral health clinic in a local long term care facility to help improve residents’ oral health and overall health. Her research interests include interprofessional initiatives to prepare allied health professions to work collaboratively and improving educational outcomes through the use of technology.
