Graduating from Dalhousie University with a Baccalaureate in Nursing, Dr. Fitch went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate in Philosophy (Medical Science) degrees at the University of Toronto.
Today, Dr. Fitch is Head of Oncology Nursing and Co-Director of the Patient and Family Support Program at the Odette Cancer Centre of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.
