Margaret Ann Gray is MIT’s Director for Organization & Employee Development. Her team is responsible for four integrated functions within MIT’s HR Department: internal organization development consulting; talent management and career planning; professional development training; and MIT’s Rewards & Recognition Programs; and MIT’s Staff Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. In addition, she is the creator, project manager, and facilitator for MIT’s award winning Leader to Leader initiative.
She also co-leads the Training Alignment Team, a cross-functional group whose purpose is to align and enable Institute-wide training initiatives for world-class work. Prior to joining MIT, Margaret Ann was Manager of Management Development and Training for Beech Aircraft Corporation, then a Raytheon Company. Before working at Beech, she was a faculty member in the School of Business at Wichita State University, from which she earned her MBA. There she taught management courses and served as Associate Director for the Center for Entrepreneurship. Margaret Ann has conducted workshops throughout North America, and she has presented at regional, national, and international conferences for several professional organizations.
